Psychostimulants are produced in many forms; as pills or tablets, liquids, powders, chunky crystals called ice or base. They often appear as a white or yellow powder but base can appear as an oily, gluggy paste which can be difficult to dissolve.

Ice, crystal meth or meth can appear as crystals which may vary in appearance from ice-like crystals that resembles shards of glass from light blue, green or pink in colour.

These drugs tend to have a bitter chemical taste and sometimes a pretty strong smell, so often people will taste or smell it before they buy to make sure they are actually getting what they paid for but this is no guarantee.
